MPASS continues to provide and upgrade the “mysocialpass” chatbot management platform to the Greek and international market. The mysocialpass platform is a fully integrated solution for the design, configuration, launch and management of a smart digital and virtual assistant in multiple communication channels (Facebook messenger, Viber, Twitter, WhatsApp but also as a widget in corporate websites)

The intelligent virtual digital assistant, through advanced methods of free text processing, recognizes questions submitted on chatbot and responds automatically, offering uninterrupted service (24 x7), without the need for human intervention. Moreover the digital assistant is capable of serving a large number of questions simultaneously, with no delays. As a result, the customers can write free text questions, with misspellings and/or greeklish and get the information needed any time anywhere. Moreover, chatbots could be designed to be multilingual and interact with the user’s preferred language.
