Athens Chamber of Tradesmen Chatbot
The Athens Chamber of Tradesmen, Greece’s largest Chamber in the commerce and services sector, has chosen to leverage the widespread popularity of social media platforms by introducing a Virtual Digital Assistant.
EEA Chatbot
The Athens Chamber of Tradesmen, harnessing social media platforms reach, introduced a Virtual Digital Assistant, in other words a chatbot. This innovative addition aims to enhance members’ experience while reducing operational costs for the service support departments.
The chatbot, designed and maintained by the ChatBiz Hub service of MPASS and the GotIt NLP engine, has been parameterized to enable free text queries about information relative to the Chamber, such as membership, licensing processes when opening commercial activities, tax regulations, relative legislation and applied rules.
More than twenty categories of text-based questions have been trained by the NLP module. The Athens Chamber’s chatbot simultaneously serves several queries without delays, through advanced natural language processing, offering uninterrupted service, 24x7x365, without waiting times and human operators’ costs.
Visit the Athens Chamber’s website and chat with the bot! ChatBiz Hub of MPASS was put to work to design its flow, manage content, messages, and texts. Additionally, we utilized our GotIt NLP engine to train the bot, enabling it to provide concise responses to individual queries as well as to engage in guided, multi-query dialogues that require context. The NLP engine also offers support for spell checking and correction. Lastly, we provide the option of Greeklish as an additional module for corporations dealing with mixed-language texts in their interactions with end-users.
