Nestle Country Farms using the ChatBiz Hub service of MPASS launched a chatbot building brand awareness, as well as contributing to environmental and sustainability actions.

Nestle Country Farms using the ChatBiz Hub service of MPASS launched a chatbot building brand awareness, as well as contributing to environmental and sustainability actions. That happens by providing discount to any customer who plants a tree. Using our chatbot, customers were informed about the steps they had to follow in order to get discount on their next purchase.

What’s more, through the MPASS eCouponing platform, a unique discount coupon in the form of a promo code was issued. The coupon has been uploaded for redemption on the chatbot account of all participating customers. This unique promo code was digitally redeemed at various partner stores all over Greece. The eCouponing platform of MPASS was parameterized to meet the business objectives of Country Farms providing the appropriate coupon validation rules and the redemption process from retailers.

ChatBiz Hub was configured to design and deploy customer flow, manage content and be integrated with the couponing functionality.
